FoRB & RT is the European Parliament Intergroup on Freedom of Religion or Belief and Religious Tolerance. It is a group of like-minded MEPs that aim to keep religious freedom a central part of the EU community.
They wanted a visual treatment for their annual report that would help quickly and powerfully convey the importance of their work. They had a logo and brand colours in place. We utilised these to provide accompanying banner and poster designs.
Rufus Reade combines thoughtful and interesting tours with fabulous photography to make this such an enjoyable project to work on. We had to make a website that was thoroughly usable for an older audience while showcasing fabulous images and immersing them in new cultures.

I learned that Burnt Island and Aberdour are only a short train ride from Edinburgh. And only a short bike ride from the train station is Aberdour Beach, a beautiful area. I love portraiture - why, I don't know. In particular I love light and dark shapes as they meet and define each other. But, here I learned that it takes a while to get into the flow. Here are three portraits of the same person, but which could have been drawn by different artists. One tight, and busy with getting it right. One loose, but lacking real perception. Then, one free-flowing, architectural, and accurate - pity it was getting late!
